Boundaries for AI characters, messages and tips

AI characters and replies should be clearly labelled

A character's appearance, voice or story may be generated. Replies labelled as AI-generated come from an automated system and may not be written by the creator. Do not treat a fictional character as a verified real person.

Subscriptions, tips and gifts do not create a real-world relationship or guarantee personal replies or specific interactions.

Messages, paid messages and tips serve different purposes

• Direct messages are a way to communicate. Respect the other person's reply arrangements and boundaries.
• Separately priced messages grant only the content access described on the confirmation screen.
• Tips and virtual gifts express support. They do not unlock content unless the item explicitly says so.

Report harassment, scams, impersonation or misleading labels through support. Do not share login details or transfer funds simply because someone claims to be support staff.
