NSFW is a content label, not identity verification
NSFW indicates content unsuitable for viewing at work or in public. The platform is still restricted to people aged 18 or over. The label does not prove a viewer's age or make prohibited content acceptable.
The main platform's production environment applies adult-eligibility and content-preference restrictions. Access depends on account verification results and the interface shown. Public avatars, covers, bios and previews visible before login should avoid explicit sexual content.
AI-generated content still has boundaries
- Sexual content involving anyone who is, appears to be or is described as a minor is prohibited, including fictional or AI-generated images.
- Non-consensual intimate images, sexual deepfakes, sexual violence and exploitation are prohibited.
- Copyright infringement, harassment, scams, impersonation and exposing others' private information are prohibited.
You can report content without an account
Email [email protected], or open a support case if you have an account. Include the content or profile URL, your reason, relevant dates and contact details. For rights-related issues, explain your relationship to the work or person.
For non-consensual intimate images, including AI-generated sexual likenesses, mark the request “Urgent intimate-image removal request”. You do not first need to prove copyright ownership; an authorised representative may also submit it. Do not resend illegal images, intimate images or identity documents in ordinary email.
The main platform's policy prioritises issues involving minors, non-consensual intimate content and immediate safety. If someone faces immediate danger, also contact local emergency services.
Copyright complaints and review requests
For copyright complaints, identify the original work, the specific FanxPad content, your authority to act and why you believe the use is unauthorised. If you believe a removal or account action was mistaken, reply to the original case or contact support with the decision reference, reasons and new evidence.
A review does not automatically restore content. Do not re-upload disputed content to bypass restrictions; any applicable formal legal-notice procedure must also be followed separately.
Privacy, data requests and the two websites
Contact support to make applicable privacy requests, such as access, correction or deletion. Closing an account does not immediately erase all transaction, security, dispute or backup records. The platform may need to verify identity securely, but do not attach identity documents or passwords directly to an email.
